This is another PDF printer driver that lets you convert your documents into PDF format by printing them, without learning curve and without Adobe Acrobat. This is very convenient because you only install it the way you install a regular program, then a new printer will appear in your Print Dialog Box. When you want to convert a document to PDF, you just select Virtual PDF Printer 1.0 and press Print button.
The process is very simple: you select Virtual PDF Printer 1.0 and click Print, then a dialog window appears asking for the filename and location, you can name it anything you want and press Save. That’s all, in a few seconds you’ll have your PDF document created.
The trial version will work for 15 days with a nag screen that appears when you enter the configuration panel. The good point is that you won’t have nasty logos or advertising texts defacing your new PDF document and it’s quite fast.
Setup is easy and intuitive. Take care because it installs as default printer and you probably won’t like that. PDF is good but you still need your standard printer. |
